GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE VACANCY
At STOOF in Borkheide, you will work as an employee as aftersales administrator in Germany’s top company for special protected and armored vehicles. You will work in a modern company with helpful and technically skilled colleagues. In the middle of the beautiful region Potsdam-Mittelmark, STOOF offers you a secure job that is also attractive for commuters from Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam or the southwest of Berlin.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Our modern company in Borkheide is technically up to date and equipped with the most modern work equipment. As an aftersales administrator (m/f/x) you are responsible for
- Mentoring and processing pf customer inquiries,
- Order processing and order documentation,
- The planning and organization of deliveries within Germany and abroad
Responsible for vehicle specific aftersales of special armored vehicles. In addition, you will arrange and process maintenance and repair orders with our customers.
YOUR APPLICANT PROFILE
Ideally, you have a successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field (Knowledge in foreign trade and/or haulage are beneficial) . Motivated and competent career changers are also very welcome at STOOF.
We expect our employees to work in a structured and reliable manner. We also expect a willingness to perform and above-average motivation. Good written and spoken German and English skills, to work under pressure, and capacity for teamwork will add further plus points to your applicant profile.
